Rio Dell Police Department Press Release:
On Monday, April 17, 2023, the Rio Dell Police Department began investigating an incident in the 100 block of Grayland Heights, Rio Dell. The home's occupants were away from their residence when two subjects attempted to gain entry by forcibly kicking the front door. They were unsuccessful and left the area. Officers reviewed the surveillance video and noticed one of the subjects displayed a firearm.
Subject #1 is described as male, last seen wearing a light-colored sweatshirt with a hood drawn over his head and dark-colored pants.
Suspect #2 is described as a male last seen wearing a dark-colored facemask, blue jeans, dark colored jacket, dark shoes with white trim and in possession of a firearm.
