20 year old alleged rapist Ethan Erik Halseth was booked on two charges but the DA has only charged him with one count PC 261 (a) (4), rape of an unconscious victim. Arraignment is on 5/25.
Halseth has a domestic violence allegation in a family law case and there is a hearing on May 1 in that case.
51: Hearing in family law case with domestic violence allegation was continued to 5/24 because Halseth has not been served with paperwork.
5/24: Domestic violence case continued to 8/22. Temporary orders remain in effect.
5/25: Halseth arraigned on one count PC 261 (a) (4) rape of an unconscious victim. Criminal protective order served. Public Defender's office appointed.J ane Doe present for arraignment. Preliminary hearing on 7/13.
7/13: Motion to continue by PD granted. Preliminary hearing rescheduled to 10/11.
8/22: Domestic violence allegation continued again to 10/17. TRO extended to 10/17/23.
