Man rants and threatens Rex Bohn, Travis Schneider, HCSO, Humboldt Judge on Facebook with no evidence

 

Frederick Breckenridge posted this on Facebook about three hours ago. He tagged First District Supervisor Rex Bohn and the post, so far, has been only liked by former Humboldt County resident Dave Varshock. After this post was published, Bohn removed the tag so the post  is no longer on his Facebook page.

I wanted to document in case anything gets deleted. Breckenridge's name sounds familiar. I am all for exposing the entrenched systems and the Humboldt good ole boys but ranting on Facebook, threatening people and making unsubtantiated allegations without evidence lacks credibility and is stupid, especially if there are current legal proceedings.

There is are some other attachments and posts which on Breckenridge's Facebook page are restricted and one of them calls out Fifth District Supervisor Steve Madrone. 

The only thing I could find online was a reference to Breckenridge and a Humboldt family support case in the public admonishment of Judge Christopher Wilson by the CA Judicial Council.

Based on his Facebook posts, Breckenridge does not like Joe Biden,masking during COVID and has posts about "toxic femininity".

Remember when we had mom and pop homegrown without the labels and we were all just throwing everything we had at the industry until Rex Bohn and the Gallegos duo capatalized the resources..

Rex,  Hiumboldt Co needs to produce my daughter's case file immediately and the Sheriff's report that accompanies it that you threw away becuase i brought your "conflicts of interest to the public". How does none of this appear in the case notes for Ryder? and How does the elected judge block thirty subpoena's and send us back to mediation for  a third time and set trial out "3 years" you can't....and i am not inclinded to go to a third mediation in an office that has not responded to my second formal complaint.. I am going to file a third formal complaint which will include the cover pages i was able to save that you threw away with the number for the US marshalls.  if i don't get a response prior to mediation i am going to cancel and we will go to trial immediately. that is how that works.  

   I will be providing the documents i have to local law  enforcement in the meantime prior to my appearance in County Supervisor meetings which i will provide all seven of you with a copy  of my third formal complaint.

  Witnesses in the restraining order include yourself, a convicted felon, and an officer that was arrested for selling narcotics to children.

  You had an alcoholic in a trailer at RELL fields in Cutten and the last board meeting i attended it was mentioned that he was selling drugs to, to Travis Schneider and yet there has been no release on investigation.   it was other parents and board members that were complaining about it.  We need to hold your feet to the fire and get your mind off of the boobs and good ol boys
