Trial dates were set this morning for Michael Acosta and Sarah Carroll. Trial confirmation is on 7/10; jury trial 7/24. This is one of those cases where there could be developments before the proposed trial date, including delays due to Humboldt Superior Court schedules.
Ms. Rebecca Linkous is Acosta's attorney. Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Carroll's attorney. Deputy DA Ian Harris is the prosecutor.
As previously reported, Acosta's former attorney, Mr. Zach Curtis is now working at Conflict Counsel.
