HCSO and DHHS file notice to remove Allen McCloskey's lawsuit from Humboldt Superior Court

 

Earlier this week, I did an update on the lawsuot filed by Allen McCloskey lawsuit against HCSO and DHHS for ICWA violations, malicious prosecution and other causes of action. 

The County defendants are being represented by Mr. Nicholas Kloeppel. A notice of removal of action from Humboldt Superior Court to the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California was filed yesterday. The County defendants are asking for a jury trial.
