After waiving her right to appeal, one of the Manila 5 wants to be resentenced

 

There is not a whole lot of information in the computer except for court minutes from 4/19 but one of the Manila 5, voluntary manslaughter suspect Tamara Nicole Thomson, is petitioning the court for resentencing. She had waived her right to appeal.

Public Defender's office was relieved on 4/19 and Mr. Paul Gallegos was appointed. Petition for resentencing was continued to 7/17.

7/17: Status of petition for resentencing  continued to 8/21.

8/21: Status of petition for resentencing not heard. Matter off calendar. No other date scheduled.
