Today, there was a hearing on a demurrer on the first amended complaint in a lawsuit filed by Vickie Victorine against Fortuna Elementary. Victorine was Suprintendent Jeff Northern's Secretary.
The lawsuit alleges harassment and false imprisonment, disability and age discrimanation, failure to accomodate and retaliation.
First amended complaint:
A case management conference is scheduled for 4/7.
Court minutes for the 4/3 hearing and 3/24 hearings:
4/7: Another CMC on 7/7.
7/7: Another CMC on 10/6.
10/6: Readiness on 11/1/24; Jury trial on 11/4/24.
