Defense subpoenas Fortuna High School records in Landergen case

 

In January, alleged molestor Gary Landergen was held to answer to 4 of the 8 counts originally charged by the DA.

Today, at trial confirmation, the  May date for jury trial vacated. On 3/17, Mr. Zach Curtis subpoenaed records from Fortuna Union High School. They were given to Conflict Counsel for copying.

Trial setting scheduled on 6/2 since both Deputy DA Whitney Timm and Mr. Zach Curtis are in other jury trials.

6/2: Trial confirmation on 10/26; jury trial on 11/6.

10/26: Trial confirmation continued by defense to 10/30.
