"I have taken the liberty of copying Nicholas on this email if it brings more comfort to your Government's Chairman Sungnome Madrone and his colleague Uncle Rex. "

Text of original email requesting meeting is posted below. In that first email McCloskey addresses Fifth District Supervisor Steve Madrone as County Chair and First District Supervisor Rex Bohn as " Mr. Rex Bohn (The Good Ole' Boy of your County Government)".  In the second email, he refers to "your Government's Chairman Sungnome Madrone and his colleague Uncle Rex. "

On March 11, I reported about a lawsuit McCloskey filed against HCSO and DHHS for ICWA violations, malicious prosecution and other causes of action. A case management conference is scheduled for 7/10.

Mrs. D'Amico (Steve and Rex)

Following back around regarding my multiple requests (as a member of the public, a Ner'-er-Ner' Headman, a Father, an Advocate, and a strategist and not in my capacity as the "Righteous Plaintiff") to meet with Mr. Steve Madrone (Chairman of your County Government) and Mr. Rex Bohn (The Good Ole' Boy of your County Government) on the subject of the Indian Child Welfare Act (Pub. L. 95–608, 92 Stat. 3069, enacted November 8, 1978), codified at 25 U.S.C. §§ 1901–1963) and the immediate need and the codified obligation to address the MAJOR ICWA CRISIS that is rampant in the Humboldt County Government and County Government Agencies and to immediately seek to remedy the issue(s) by taking expedient mitigating action before any additional harm/damages are in-fact sustained by more and more local Native Children and those unaffiliated-Indian Children residing in Humboldt County.

I would reiterate that any such County Policy, specifically mandates compliance by all County Acting Agents (including law enforcement) and that the Policy covers "all things" ICWA and that the Policy be codified/instituted in such a manner as to be applicable to all COUNTY GOVERNMENT Agencies and all County Acting Agents and that there be provisions to address the unique quasi-sovereign dealings/entanglements of jurisdiction(s) of the County and the Tribe(s) in Humboldt County; and furthermore that we look to establish a Community Grievance Process when

the ICWA is in-fact being actively violated or has been violated and requires immediate real time resolution and/or that the County Consider hiring a full time ICWA Director. Don't worry, I am not offering to apply. But nonetheless, these types of things need to be considered, discussed, planned......You know the things that County Supervisors do.

I eagerly await your response to schedule my most generous request to meet and begin a proactive and productive dialogue aimed at doing what is right, what is prudent and what will best serve the Indian Children within your 'jurisdiction' Humboldt County.
