On 10/27, there is a motion to dismiss filed in one case with trial confirmation on 10/31 and jury trial scheduled for 11/7. There is arraignment on information scheduled for another case on 10/31. On 10/26, there was a motion to by the DA, motion granted and on 11/3 a hearing on the 995 motion filed by the defense.
