John Chiv: May, April now June 2022 are just some of the frequent arrests for this convicted sex offender

Another arrest for convicted sex offender Randy Knopf on a bench warrant. He is not Knopf was booked yesterday for PC 290.011(b) failure to register as a sex offender, PC 667(b)-(i), three strikes law, PC3000.08 (f) parole violation and PC3000.08 (f). As I have said many times, the Humboldt judges keep releasing him. He knows there are no consequences.

How much is being wasted in law enforcement and taxpayer resources with the number of arrests on Knopf?
