On November 12, there is a hearing on the 995 motion for alleged rapist Darius Upshaw.
Mr. Russ Clanton is Upshaw's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for the case.
Upshaw had trial confirmation and a 995 motion scheduled for October 19; it was continued to October 21. Jury trial for Upshaw scheduled for November 2 was vacated at that hearing.
