Rebuttal arguments in Demetrius Coleman case were scheduled for this morning. Due to an emergency, Judge Kelly Neel is out today and court will be dark today.
As I previously reported, the trial not in session on election day as several jurors plan to vote in person. Final jury instructions and closing arguments were scheduled to begin Wednesday.
