"3 cars and 7 officers arrested one young male at Bayside CT apt building" Reader sent in this photo and information just a couple of minutes ago. The real story is who made the arrest.
Contacted APD and Chief Brian Ahearn, contacted HSUPD Chief Scott G. VanScoy because of the location. Then took a closer look at the car and have contacted EPD. EPD Crime Analyst Brittany Powell confirmed this was the Tory Mamea arrest.
