COVID 19 and physical distancing causing shortage of supply in California lottery scratchers. Ticket distribution has been impacted to curb the spread of coronavirus in centers.
This will impact funds for public education. Not to mention adding to the depression of scratcher addicts and others who occasionally purchase a scratcher hoping to add an extra $5, $50 or $100 to their budget.
Newsom, we need a scratcher stimulus now! Just add it to the list of all the other things California cannot pay for.
