Ewa Misztal pleaded guilty in February to two added counts; voluntary manslaughter as well as child endangerment and abuse.
Judge Dale Reinholtsen issued his ruling on November 7 but whether Misztal will be in an outpatient treatment program or go to a state hospital is known only to the attorneys.
The information available on the public computer is minimal. There is a status conference on November 16.
Deputy Public Defender said he could not comment on the order "for reasons I cannot discuss."
