Carpathian aka Humboldt Superior Court clerk John Beideman's jury trial is scheduled in Courtroom 2 for November 13. It is an all day jury trial.
Beideman is charged with the alleged molestation of his former stepdaughter.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is prosecuting the case. Beideman is represented by Mr. Russ Clanton.
