Humboldt County Superior Court clerk John Beideman's jury trial for alleged molestation of his former step daughter scheduled for November 5 was confirmed it may not start until November 13.
Several Humboldt Superior Court judges have disqualified themselves from the case. Court operations manager Kelly Nyberg told Judge Wilson,"Given all the dusqualifications, the earliest it can go is November 13.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads. Beideman is represented by Mr. Russ Clanton.
