He was a witness for County Counsel in a conservatorship case yesterday. Before he entered court, he passed out. One observor who saw him detained said he was "drunk."
In 2013, he got a dismissal for a 2009 sex offense case in which he entered a plea.
Dr. Mott also had two medical malpractice lawsuits filed. Both are listed as dismissed. In the case filed by Alfred Parodi, minutes indicate a settlement. In the case by Jessica Parjer, the minutes listed below do not indicate why the case was dismissed.
