The second witness for the People was HCSO Investigator Mark Peterson's testimony about his investigation, CAST interviews and search warrant served on Andrew Cunningham's house. Fourteen electronic items were seized including three hard drives.

Investigator Peterson viewed "about 100" of the 48,000 child pornography images recovered in this case.

"Some images were questionable" whether the minors were 16 or 18, said Investigator Petersen. "Others were obviously pre pubescent females. About 10 images were of children under 10."
