The jury trial for former Miss Hoopa's alleged sexual case was supposed to start on September 5. It was trailing" another jury trial in Courtroom 3. . The alleged victim is a female, a minor when the alleged conduct took place.
The jury trial for today was vacated. Trial confirmation is scheduled for September 11. Jury trial scheduled for September 17.
Brown is charged with four counts of alleged sexual abuse including abnormal sexual interest in children.
