The People did not ask for a holding order to Count 3. Fisher not held to answer to Count 14.
Judge Christopher Wilson said that while Mr. Lee's arguments are good for trial but at this stage, based on the evidence he had heard, he was going to hold Cory Fisher to answer on Count 1 as (dates as amended by the People to conform to evidence presented at the preliminary hearing), Count 2 and Count 4 to 13.
Judge Wilson gave some feedback as he ruled on each count. He ruled pretty much as the People asked, except for Count 14.
Arraignment on September 18.
