Alleged molestor Patricio Segura's preliminary hearing continued at defense's request

Intervention was scheduled for alleged child molestor Patricio Segura on September 10. Preliminary scheduled for September 12 was vacated.



At the defense's request, intervention was continued to 9/27. Preliminary hearing is now scheduled for October 2.

Segura is charged with 7 counts involving a minor victim : forcible oral copulation, forcible rape, aggravated sexual assault of a child, forcible lewd act upon a child and continuous sexual abuse.
