Will Timothy Flemming be arraigned for his third 2018 case or is another resolution in the works?

Timothy Flemming is scheduled to be arraigned this morning on the same charges he was held to answer at the preliminary hearing in his most recent 2018 case.



Setting for sentencing for his other 2018 case is "trailing" this this case. Trial confirmation and setting for sentencing is scheduled for September 27. Jury trial is scheduled for October 9.
