CHP MAIT team arrests suspect for collision that killed Jaime Manuel and CHP Officer Kirk Griess

On August 15, 2018, at 3:22 PM members of the California Highway Patrol’s Multidisciplinary Accident Investigation Team (MAIT) and Investigative Services Unit (ISU) arrested Mr. Sean Matthew Walker, age 36, of Rocklin, California, following the collision that killed Jaime Bueza Manuel and CHP Officer Kirk Griess



Charges:

With the assistance of the Solano County District Attorney Krishna Abrams, Sean Matthew Walker will be charged with two counts of 192(c)(1) PC (felony): Vehicular manslaughter; driving a vehicle with gross negligence causing death.
