On August 21, Humboldt County Superior Court clerk John Beideman aka Carpathian, filed a writ of habeas corpus petition. No court date has been scheduled yet.
In his criminal case, Beideman has a jury trial scheduled for November 5 for the alleged molestation of his former stepdaughter. In that case, he is being represented by Mr. Russ Clanton. Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is prosecuting the case.
Iver Lien is a nurse practioner at the HCCF. There is an Eddy Reyes who is the kitchen and laundry supervisor at HCCF.
