Preliminary hearing scheduled for murder suspect Zachary Harrison is scheduled for today. It had been assigned to Courtroom 3.
There is another preliminary going on in Courtroom 3. Preliminary hearing continued to September 5 by stipulation.
Deputy Joel Buckingham is prosecuting the case. Deputy Public Defender Brie Bennett is representing Harrison.
