Wearing shirts saying "Justice for Brandon", family members privately met with Mr. Rees before case was called on record.
Intervention was scheduled for murder suspect Lorna Leen on August 29. Preliminary scheduled for September 5 vacated. Leen is charged with murder. Victim is Brandon Brocius.
Setting for preliminary hearing is Sept 11 at 10:15. Deputy Public Defender Rebecca Linkous asked that the preliminary hearing set for next week be vacated due to discovery issues. She said she had received more discovery today.
Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is prosecuting the case. Time was waived today.
