Alleged molestor Chad Smith's attorney files request for constitutionally adequate bail

Chad Smith's attorney Ms. Andrea Sullivan filed a memorandum on 8/24. It is in support of a request for constitutionally adequate bail. No date to address the bail issue has been scheduled yet.

Smith's jury trial for alleged molestation of his stepdaughter is currently set for November 5. Trial confirmation is on October 18

Chad Smith's bail was reset to two million, six hundred and fifty thousand at the request of the District Attorney.
