Intervention was scheduled on August 30 for Nicholas Savieo. Further intervention scheduled for September 4. Deputy Conflict Counsel David Lee told Judge Christopher Wilson, "we are trying to determine discovery issues."
Preliminary is scheduled for September 5. Deputy District Attorney Joel Buckingham is prosecuting the case.
