Intervention was scheduled on August 30 for murder suspect Zachary Harrison. Preliminary scheduled for September 5 confirmed.
Deputy District Attorney Joel Buckingham is prosecuting the case. Deputy Public Defender Brie Bennett is representing Harrison.
