A warrant surrender is scheduled for PG and E gate crasher Katherine Zacevich this afternoon. Even if she shows up today, there is no guarantee if she will next time.
It is 1:35 and she is not here. She showed up at 1:42. Despite Deputy District Attorney Brent Kling providing a detailed timeline of rescheduling and Zacevich's failures to appear, Judge Timothy Canning recalled the bench warrant and did not remand Zacevich.
