Setting for Richard Dean's preliminary hearing was scheduled for August 29.
Intervention scheduled for September 18. Preliminary is set for October 3.
At the last hearing, Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads had hinted at a possible resolution, saying she had "productive conversations about moving this case forward."
