Further intervention was scheduled for former correctional deputy Cory Fisher. Preliminary hearing for September 6 had been confirmed at the last hearing. That date remains confirmed. Time estimate is 4 hours.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is prosecuting the case. Deputy Conflict Counsel David Lee is representing Fisher.
