Trial confirmation was scheduled for former Miss Hoopa Kayla Brown on August 23. Jury trial confirmed for September 4.
The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer. Brown is being represented by Deputy Public Defender Ben McLaughlin.
