Trial setting was scheduled on August 27 for alleged molestor Mario Alexander. The victim is his stepdaughter.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is prosecuting the case. Mr. Russ Clanton is representing Alexander. Mr. David Celli appeared in court for Mr. Clanton today. He requested a further setting in two weeks "due to Mr. Clanton being in a juvenile trial this week."
No objection by the People. Next court date is September 10 at 8:30.
