Ulisses Rodriguez charged on four counts. He was arraigned this afternoon. Intervention is scheduled for 9/4. Preliminary hearing is scheduled for 9/6.
Bail is $4 milion. Time was not waived.
District Attorney Maggie Fleming was present for the arraignment. She spoke later with family members/supporters. The Public Defender's office was appointed. Deputy Public Defender Rebecca Linkous was present today in court for that office.
Rodriguez has one other case in the Humboldt Superior Court system. It was referred to collections.
