Trial confirmation for alleged molestor Lucus Paradise was scheduled this morning. Another trial confirmation scheduled on August 29. Jury trial scheduled for September 4 was confirmed.
Paradise is charged with with two acts of lewd act upon a child who was 14 years of younger at the time of the alleged crime.
Time estimate 10 days.
