"At this time, the Court finds evidence to be limited. Counsel may want to discuss this some more."

Timothy Flemming had two cases on calendar today. One case had a preliminary hearing scheduled today. Flemming was held to answer on both charges in this third and recent case filed against him in 2018.



"Evidence in a preliminary hearing is less than what would be required at trial," said Judge Marjorie Carter. At this time, the Court finds evidence to be limited. Counsel may want to discuss this some more."



Arraignment on information is on August 16.


Setting for sentencing in his other case is "trailing" the outcome of his latest 2018 case.



His intervention was continued from July 31 to August 1.
