On August 1, 2018 at approximately 12:00 am, a Sergeant with the Fortuna Police Department conducted a traffic enforcement stop on the motorcycle that was speeding in the area of the 700 block of South Fortuna Boulevard. Upon making the enforcement stop, it was determined that the motorcycle had been reported stolen out of Red Bluff, CA.
Officers conducted a high risk traffic stop and the driver, Brandon Shane St. John (age 29 of Redding, CA) was arrested and booked into the Humboldt County Correctional Facility on the following charges:
PC 496 (Possession of Stolen Property)
HS 11364 (Possession of Drug Paraphernalia)
