Sheriff William Honsal, senior staff and others are at the Wharfinger Building right now for a Promotional Ceremony.
At this ceremony, the Sheriff’s Office is recognizing new hires and employee promotions. Sheriff W Honsal is also presenting 10 Life Saving Awards and one Medal of Valor.
Recepients include Sgt.Gregory Musson and Deputy Rosalie Freixas. Both responded to the scene which led to the arrest of Mexican citizen Hugo Parral-Aguirre after a standoff in Ferndale.
