Arraignment on information was scheduled for Kody Marcelli. Charges are the same ones he was held to answer after his preliminary hearing. Trial setting is scheduled for September 12.
A 977 waiver form was submitted today, so Kody does not have to be personally present at every court hearing; his attorney can appear for him.
Kody, defiant and belligerent as usual, cannot resist acting like a jerk every time he is in court. Your remark to me in court today, unprovoked yet again, continues to provide evidence about how you have no self control and what a self centered brat you are. You think you can intimidate your way out of situations you create by your immaturity.
Instead of your misdirected anger towards the alleged victim or me, look in the mirror.
Kody, inmates and defendants with less privileges than you are at least smart enough to to fake it in court and pretend to behave.
You can talk smack about me and at me all you want but you are the one with a prior criminal record and facing some serious charges in this new case.
Daddy, mommy and your lawyer can't make this go away or fix the fact that you are a loser that needs to grow up and take responsibity for your mistakes. Or you can continue down this criminal path you created by your actions.
You are not special Kody. You are just another defendant. Maybe if you stop harassing and intimidating others and stop feeling so "Humboldt entitled", you wouldn't be in this situation.
I have traveled all over the world, been around world political leaders and international business people and am familiar with wealth. You are far from being in any of the above groups. You exhibit neither morals nor class.
Your family should be embarassed that you are now in court , again, but instead of disciplining you, they chose to coddle you.
If you are still working at Murphy's or Burger King, do you treat customers you don't like with the same obnoxious attitude?
