Preliminary for alleged child molestor Michael Thomas Franco scheduled for June 4 was vacated at intervention on May 31. A 10 day time waiver was entered. Mr. David Celli substituted in as attorney  for Franco at the last hearing. Trial setting was this morning.

CannaBOP program approved to provide insurance for California cannabis businesses



California Insurance Commissioner Dave Jones announced Monday he has approved a program to provide property and liability coverage for marijuana dispensaries, storage facilities, processors, manufacturers, distributors and other cannabis-related businesses operating in California.

Local attorney Andy Stunich refused entry into Canada because of that loaded firearm in public conviction

On May 23, got a couple of tips that "Andy Stunich took a motorcycle trip to Canada and that the Canadians refused him entry because of his misdemeanor gun offense."

Didn't print it because I needed verification. I was told there was a Facebook post. Today, I received proof.

Sentencing for Hikshari trail stabbing suspect Jennifer Willey was scheduled for May 23. It was continued to May 29; then continued to 6/5.

Three years formal probation. Jail time imposed already served.

Sounds like First District Supervisor Rex Bohn is going for another term.

Remember Fred Fletcher. If you don't, linked below are previous posts about this local attorney.  He has already been exposed about the smack he spoke about Lawrence Killoran and me.  Who else has he tried to go after? Janssen and Malloy law firm.

It  did not work out well for him. Even being taken to court has not taught him a lesson.

Insinuations and last minute hit pieces always come from one side in local elections. The losing side.

I expected the usual hype and sloppy partisan "reporting" from Ryan Burns or Hank Sims a day or two before election day. They certainly did not disappoint.
