Operation Safe Streets organized a protest against HACHR on Tuesday, June 5 from 4:30 to 6 p.m. Community members plan to attend the Eureka City Council that evening.
According to Michelle Costantine from Take Back Eureka, "800 signatures on the petition against HACHR organized by Scott Binder have been bound and printed" and this was as of 4 p.m. today.
They will be given to Eureka City Council today. There is a counter protest happening as well.
