Live music, silent auction at Anthony Mantova's fundraiser

Anthony Mantova, Candidate for Ward One, Eureka City Council is having a fundraiser this afternoon at the Eagle House.

About 100 people showed up and it was a very diverse crowd, including some local Republicans.

Eureka Councilmember Marian Brady was there. Ward 3 candidates John Fullerton and Jeannie Breslin were there.

 Mantova shared part of his platform:

1) to reduce the number of criminal drug addicts on our streets

2) create conditions that will fill our empty storefronts

3) I want an active port and marina that gets closer to reaching it's full potential.  I have also been one of the first people to publicly endorse the East-West rail.
