Washington Supreme Court ruling against florist vacated by U.S. Supreme Court

The U.S. Supreme Court vacated the lower  ruling against a Washington state florist.

The lower court ruling was that Barronelle Stutzman had intentionally discriminated against a same-sex couple by refusing to make flower arrangements for their wedding.

The justices  sent the case back down to the Washington Supreme Court, giving Stutzman another chance to make her case.
