County staff in their presentation said overall budget is fiscally responsible and has savings.
Petrolia resident said "roads are getting short changed." Said due to past Measure Z funding, Sheriff and Fire are looking good.
He also said he hoped some of the cannabis money would go towards fixing the road.
The chair and a member of Human Rights Commission thanked the Board of Supervisors for a fund to fight human trafficking.
