Budget hearing going on right now, plenty of public, no media






County staff in their presentation said overall budget is fiscally responsible and has savings.

Petrolia resident  said "roads are getting short changed." Said due to past Measure Z funding, Sheriff and Fire are looking good.
He also said he hoped some of the cannabis money would go towards fixing the road.

The chair and a member  of Human Rights Commission thanked the Board of Supervisors for a fund to fight human trafficking.



District Attorney Maggie Fleming, Sheriff William Honsal, Building and Planning Department Director John Ford, Auditor-Controller Karen Paz-Dominguez in attendance.
