Preliminary hearing confirmed for former correctional deputy Cory Fisher's alleged molestation case
Intervention for former correctional deputy Cory Fisher was scheduled for June 14. Preliminary scheduled for June 21 confirmed. Time estimate is 3-4 hours.
He is charged with sexual abuse and inappropriate behavior involving six minor male victims as well as facing pending litigation from four inmates.
Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is prosecuting this case. Deputy Conflict Counsel Joe Judge is representing Fisher.
