Preliminary for alleged child molestor Michael Franco was scheduled for today.
Discovery was received in an onoing investigation yesterday by the DA's office. It will be provided to defense this afternoon. Setting for preliminary hearing is scheduled on June 19 at 10:15.
Franco waived time today. Whether additional charges will be filed is unknown at this time.
Franco is charged with five counts of PC 288.7 (b),oral copulation or sexual penetration with a child 10 years or younger and four counts of PC 288 (a), Lewd Act Upon A Child. Alleged victimJane Doe.
Special allegation of prior sex offense for Counts 6 to 9 jurisdiction Los Angeles (Norwalk).
Mr. David Celli is representing Franco.
