Former local attorney Callie Buck failed to appear for court on 7/13/26. This afternoon, Buck had arraignment scheduled in CR2601394 petty theft case, CR2501701 violation of probation and CR2401594 DUI case VOP.
Reader who commented on my last post was correct that Buck was no longer in Humboldt.
Humboldt Superior Court Judge Heather Durand's name is listed in minutes for Courtroom 2. The cases were being called by Humboldt Superior Court Presiding Judge Kelly Neel.
Buck is represented by the Humboldt County Public Defender's office. Buck was re-referred to DV program and can complete in any county.
In CR2601394, trial confirmation is on 2/2/27; jury trial on 2/8/27. VOP pre trial and revocation hearing scheduled in CR2501701 + CR2401594. These two cases are trailing.
